We're taking steps to reduce contact to keep you, your families, and our team members safe. We realize these are uncertain times, and we want to assure you we are here for you. Today, we are introducing a few different ways to make it even faster and safer to get your favorite Casey's products.
For guests who prefer a no-contact delivery experience, it's easy to request online, in the app, or when you call in an order.
Choose Pay Online and enter "No Contact" in the delivery instructions at checkout. You can use your credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and/or your available Casey's Cash.
Never heard of Casey's Cash? Join Rewards to earn points on every purchase, and then turn them into Casey's Cash to use on your favorite products!
Just let the Casey's team member know you'd like no-contact delivery and pay over the phone.
Don't forget to add a tip for your driver! You can do this when you're placing your order and skip handling cash at the door.
When our driver arrives with your delivery, they will place the order in a clean location right at your doorstep and knock. Your driver will move to a safe distance while you retrieve your order.
If you'd rather pick up your pizza, we have options for no-contact carryout and curbside pickup that will get you in and out quickly.
When you start your order, choose ‘Pickup’ and find your Casey’s location. Then choose between In-Store Pickup and Curbside Pickup, as well as how soon you’d like your order.
After you’ve selected your order, choose ‘Pay Online’ at checkout to use a credit card, debit card, gift card, or your Casey's Cash balance. Casey’s also accepts Google Pay and Apple Pay for your ordering convenience!
Pay over the phone to avoid contact during pickup!
Once you arrive at the store you can grab your order and head right out the door. No need for unnecessary interactions or handling of cash at the register.
For guests shopping in our stores, we've made some adjustments to keep contact to a minimum, while still offering the products you love – like our delicious donuts, slices of made-from-scratch pizza, as well as subs, sandwiches, and more.
Casey's accepts both Apple Pay and Google Pay at most locations. To reduce contact at checkout, try paying with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit card to keep cash handling to a minimum.
