47 million people in the U.S. face hunger, including one in five children. Everyone needs nutritious food to thrive, but many don't know where their next meal will come from – a situation made even more challenging by the continued impact of rising food prices.
Casey’s is joining the movement to end hunger once again by teaming up with Feeding America®, the largest hunger-relief organization in the United States. Our goal this year is to provide 10 million meals* to people facing hunger, supported by contributions from our guests and a generous donation of 250,000 meals from our partner Celsius®.
Starting February 26 through April 1, Casey’s will raise funds for the movement to end hunger through register roundups and online donations. The proceeds will help support 58 Feeding America partner food banks where Casey's operates.
Food availability is a challenge for many across the heartland. According to Feeding America, rural areas comprise less than two-thirds of all U.S. counties, but 9 out of 10 counties with the highest food insecurity rates are rural.
With a significant presence in midsize and rural communities, Casey’s is committed to making a positive impact through our #HereForGood mission. Since the start of our partnership with Feeding America in 2020, we have donated over 30 million meals thanks to our corporate partners and the generous contributions of our guests and team members.
